Do you offer ring resizing?
No, our rings feature delicate inlay and gemstone settings that cannot be resized without damaging the design. Please refer to our sizing guide to ensure the perfect fit before ordering.
Are your stones certified?
We source authentic, high-quality gemstones. We don't provide third-party lab certificates (like GIA) for individual accent stones to keep our jewelry accessible and affordable.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship from Springfield, IL within 2–4 business days. Specialty partner items ship directly from our suppliers and arrive within 5–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're a small studio focused on providing the best experience for our domestic customers, but we hope to expand in the future.
