Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the ebook file has been successfully downloaded or accessed. We only offer refunds under specific circumstances related to technical failures.

How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your name and the email address used for the purchase.

• Your order number or date of purchase.
• A detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing (e.g., "File is corrupted," "Link failed to download," "Cannot open PDF on [Device Type]").

Technical Issues and Damages

Please inspect your download immediately. If you encounter a corrupted file, a broken download link, or a technical error that prevents you from accessing the purchased ebook, contact us right away. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working replacement link or file. If we cannot resolve the technical fault within 3 business days, a refund will be evaluated.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not grounds for a refund:

• Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the ebook after purchase.
• Incompatibility: Inability to open the file due to lack of compatible software or device capacity on your end (e.g., trying to open an ePub file without an e-reader app), unless the file type provided was incorrect.
• Pricing: Subsequent price drops or sales.
• Items purchased on sale or using gift cards.

Exchanges

Since our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges. If there is a technical issue with your file, we will provide a working replacement link or file immediately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If this merchandise is being sold to you within the European Union, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content, this right is waived at the moment you consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., immediate delivery and download of the ebook) upon purchase confirmation. By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.

Refunds Processing
