30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.
Free Returns on Orders $100+
Orders over $100 qualify for free return shipping via prepaid label. For orders under $100, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Jewelry must include all original boxes, certificates, and documentation.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@maisonmojo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us and we'll prioritize shipping your exchange item as soon as we receive your return.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds). Store credit never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at hello@maisonmojo.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping—no questions asked.
