For Jewelry & Physical Products
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.
Free Returns on Orders $100+
Orders over $100 qualify for free return shipping via prepaid label. For orders under $100, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Jewelry must include all original boxes, certificates, and documentation.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at josephatencio76@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us and we'll prioritize shipping your exchange item as soon as we receive your return.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds). Store credit never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods, beauty products, or personal care items
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at josephatencio76@yahoo.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping—no questions asked.
For Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Technical Issues Only
We only offer refunds for technical failures (corrupted files, broken download links, or access errors). Contact us at josephatencio76@yahoo.com within 7 days with:
- Your name and order email
- Ebook title and order number
- Detailed description of the technical issue
We'll first provide a replacement file or working link. If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, we'll issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Digital Purchases
- Change of mind after download
- Device/software incompatibility on your end
- Price changes or subsequent sales
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Physical Products: EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Digital Products: By completing your purchase and downloading digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive.
